God is in control.

Be Still and Know Bible Verse Bookmarks
Read Psalm 46 – it is a powerful chapter. Major things are mentioned all with the message that God is in control of every situation, no matter HOW big! He is always working for our good.
And the light reflected in these bookmark designs is a show of what is talked about in Psalm 18:28, “You, Lord, keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness into light.”
He turns my darkness into light – Praise God!
If you read all of Psalm 18 (which I encourage you to do) 
you’ll see a very similar situation to the one in Psalm 46. Lots of major, threatening, disheartening things are talked about with God being the deliverer from them all. And right in the middle of it all it tells us He illumines our darkness.
Not only does He deliver me in His precious timing, but He also brings light to our darkness, sets our feet on solid rock, and guides our paths.
I love that it’s not good enough for God just to take care of the problems, He does so much more than just that. How can we not be devoted to him?!
All we have to do is “Be still and know” – Psalm 46:10. Let Him carry your heavy burdens. Let Him take care of things that plague you. All you need to do is give them to Him!
