So…my doc says I have high blood pressure.
Wonderbar, right?!
That’s always a fun thing to hear from your doctor. LOL. He said I need to find a way to “de-stress.”
Apparently, I have too much of it. By the way, if you’re looking for some stress, I’ve got extra over here, I’m giving it away, totally free, ‘cuz, you know…that’s the type of person I am…giving.
I mean, I’m a single mom. Running life, kids, a business, my blog, an online store, everything. It’s not easy. Of course I’m stressed. I am the epitome of stress.
But it’s high time I stop stressing so much, and for me, that comes in the form of coloring and hand lettering, both of which, work side by side.
Coloring helps me be able to master holding the pens in my hand (and it’s just fun!) Because at first, I dealt with shaky hand when I tried to hand letter. Coloring helps that. I still color, but now I’m moving on to hand lettering letters. Practicing each letter and having loads of fun.
Wherever you are in your hand lettering journey, whether just starting out or a seasoned pro, these hand lettering sheets will be lots of fun for you (AND get encouragement into your soul!)
